The UK Partnership Readiness Snapshot

Eleven statements · eleven domains · ten minutes · an honest first look at whether your institution is ready to approach a UK partner

FREE SNAPSHOT

Know where you stand, before anyone asks you for money

UK universities, colleges and awarding organisations carry out due diligence before they partner with anyone. This Snapshot asks one question from each of the eleven areas they look at. It takes ten minutes and gives you an indicative band and your red-flag areas.

It is a first look, not the full picture. The full UK Partnership Readiness Check (55 statements) scores every domain and gives you a written 90-day plan for your three weakest areas.

A low score honestly recorded is the most useful ten minutes you will spend.

How to score

An intention scores zero. If it is not written down, it cannot score above 2.

Your eleven areas at a glance

One statement per domain, scored 0–4. Red flags are areas that scored 0 or 1.

What the full Readiness Check adds

  • All 55 statements — five per domain — so your band is a measured result, not an estimate.
  • A score out of 20 for every domain, and your three priority areas chosen from the pattern, not the total.
  • A written 90-day plan for each priority area: what to do in days 1–30, 31–60 and 61–90.
  • Which document in the UK Partnership Document Pack to use for each action.
  • A printable report you can save as PDF and take to your board.
  • A free 30-minute review call with NWIEP to talk through the result.
